[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this style of pillow. I've dealt with a bad neck and shoulder pain for over 20 years. Without this pillow I would be suffering stiff necks 3 to 4 days out of the week. The only thing I wish is that they made it a little stiffer. I actually wish you could select the amount of stiffness like you do when buying a latex bed. It could also be just a little bit bigger. I'm not complaining though, I truly love this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would suggest getting the medium size, even if you can fit the large pillow between your shoulder / neck / head. Yes, they do indent a little from your head weight, but I find it's not enough and wake up with a stiff neck and/or having pushed the large edge of the pillow out from under my neck to under the very top of my head!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I love the shape of this pillow, it's amazing and exactly the shape I am looking for. However, this pillow is rock hard. Both both my husband and myself we had to stop using it. It was so firm that our EARS hurt when we slept on our sides. It's crazy. When we ordered these pillows there was only one firmness to chose from, and we assumed it would be ok, because we had one of these pillows before, but now they are just sitting in our store room. Sad. Total waste of money.
