[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have another major brand contour neck pillow that is still soft and supportive. This one is only supportive with no comfort. Very hard to the point my ears hurt after a short while laying on my side.

I didn't give a 5-star rating, however, since you have to get used to the pillow as it is very hard. After about 6-8 weeks, it isn't softening up like I thought it would.

Tempur-pedic pillow dramatically worse than old version

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my Tempur-pedic pillow that I bought in 1997. It was immediately comfortable. No neck pain. I brought it with me in my suitcase on travels. It did get softer and sagged over the many years, and I needed to replace it. The 2021 replacement product is a very different material, with an unacceptable feel. It's too stiff, and the dimension is too tall. I complained to Customer Service and was told it needed some 'breaking in'. I gave it a month. Nope. Unacceptable. Tempur-pedic policy of no refunds is also very disappointing. I realize that they can't re-sell any return product, but competitors do offer 100 days of try out and yes, refund is available. They either accept the return that they would donate to charity, or they ask you to just donate it to charity.

These pillows are great, but this one is SO firm, it makes my face and ears go numb. I think I am going to have my kids jump on it to try and un-firm it. Maybe then I can use it. I ordered according to the size chart, and even measured, it doesn't fit me right. I'm female, 5'5." I'm so sad to have a very expensive pillow I can't use or return. I wish there was a return policy. My next expensive pillow will be from a company that lets me try it first. It's such an important item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i had a similar tempur pillow i bought in like 2014 or 15. it was great, complete awesomeness, never had neck or shoulder funk in the morning. this one feels like i'm sleeping on a phonebook, a very thin one. super disappointed that there is that much difference between a queen & a standard, this is like a child's pillow.

Wish I would have read all of the reviews. Ordered for myself and my husband. We both find them extraordinarily uncomfortable. They are shorter in length than all of our other standard pillows and hard as rocks! Might as well sleep on a pile of bricks. Awful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using a Large Tempur-Pedic pillow many years ago. I'm a small person but have a long neck, so the old Large size worked really well for me. I recently replaced with a new Large (I also measured per the instructions), but it feels too big for me and is so much harder than the old one (even when the old one was new), all of which is making it extremely difficult for me to relax my neck into the pillow the way I could with my previous one. I would suggest possibly going down a size if you are replacing a pillow. I wish I'd kept the packaging to try to exchange it; it didn't occur to me that there would be a problem since I'd ordered the same size.
