[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a fan of the TEMPUR-Neck pillow since the last century (literally), travelling around the country with my pillow to use it at hotels, family visits, and overnight stays since I was in my 20s. Without this pillow, I have neck pain from the lack of support provided by regular pillows. I sleep on both my back and my side routinely, and it works for both positions. When my last TEMPUR-Neck pillow finally gave out, I ordered a new set online and was thrilled to find it is the same great product with a more sturdy cover. Highly recommend this product, even at full price. Worth every penny!

But I ordered these pillows as Christmas gifts because I have raved over mine for years. I am so disappointed. They are so hard. We tried putting them in the sun, heating it, nothing helps. So now I have 2 pillows that my mom and daughter wont use. Not sure what changed with the pillow.

The newest model which i recently purchased a pair of are tiny, made for a doll. Only pillowcases available for these undersized pillows are terrible quality. Why they had to shrink them down so small i cannot say but my guess is it's to save production costs. Also no longer available are the neck pillows with the cooling technology unless you buy a particular size, also a shame. I won't buy these anymore.
