[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did the measurements before ordering to make sure I bought the right size. When it came it is too large and ends up hurting my neck. I contacted customer support and they would not help as they won't let you return it.

Not reducing neck pain / unhappy with sizing

I was optimistic to try the tempur pedic neck pillow given the neck stiffness I experience after I had a great experience switching to tempur pedic mattress for back pain. Unfortunately, my neck pain worsened if anything by using these pillows. I followed the measurements for a back sleeper and find that the pillow sleeps too high, which pushes my neck forward too much and aggregates the discomfort I experience. Very frustrating that these cannot be returned and now I am stuck with two as I got my wife one too per the indicated measurements for a side sleeper and she is not enjoying the pillow either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Deeply disappointed with the product. I picked the "Small" profile based on the neck to shoulder distance as guided on the website. The neck profile is still too high and the back of my head was hanging in the air when I lay on it. Since the material is VERY stiff and NOT memory foam, it feels like my neck was hanging on a pointy edge. I attempted to shift the position of my head various ways and never got past 1 hour with it because it was so uncomfortable. Attempted many times and decided this is not for me. In reading some of the earlier posts, many commented that the product has changed in the material used. Not sure what I am going to do with it now -- it is not usable and the profile is not high enough to put under my knees.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the small pillows for about 10 years. The previous products were a denser foam pillow, giving better support. As is the norm, things are being made cheaper so as to ensure the profits for the company. This too is the case here, as the pillows are noticeably lighter and the support is noticeably less. Still a better pillow that other manufactures, it pales in comparison to what Tempurdic once offered.

Waited a few weeks to give it a chance but it just gave me even more of a stiff neck. For the price I paid, I'm very disappointed. Also, this item is not returnable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the shape and height of this pillow it's very supportive! My only wish is that it was more cushy. It's very stiff. I suppose that is where the support comes from, but I wish it was plush.... I love going to a hotel and having a pillow just mold around me.
