However I still tried to use it and it's way too hard. What a disappointment and waste of money. It did not change my life in a positive way, and I don't love anything about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is a curved neck pillow designed to support a side-sleeper. I have used this shape pillow for years, however this particular one made with new and updated material is very hard and doesn't seem to be contoured correctly. My ears get pinched on the very high round curve, as well as cause neck pain upon sleeping and rising. I have had it for over a month now and it still hasn't changed. I also wake up at times with my hands feeling asleep/numb. For the first time, not happy with this pillow. The only thing I like is that the material is soft to the touch.

But since the new pillows aren't returnable I am using them by putting my head on the lowest corner. I assume the old ones were medium too, but the tags didn't say and unfortunately I tossed them out before I tried the new ones.

I woke up with a lot of pain. If stiffness was measured from 1 to 10 with 10 being concrete, I'd give this pillow a 7. I'm out a hundred bucks + and can't do anything with it except toss it. Don't buy.
