[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this pillow and was shocked when I saw how short (in length) it was. I'm not kidding, the pillow is so short that when you roll your body over in the night, your head falls off the pillow. I'm used to much longer pillows that allow a person to roll back and forth during the night. And since Tempur-Pedic has a no-return policy, I now own a completely useless pillow. I will never again try and use a pillow from Tempur-Pedic.

I've been trying to do anything and everything to have them give just a little and nothing. They are the correct size for me and as a side sleeper I need support but this is like having a rock wedged in that space. After two months of trying them I'm abandoning them and looking for some new. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been patiently waiting for this pillow to feel more comfortable after the break-in period, but it's been over 2 months of continued use and it's still quite stiff and has not adapted to my shape. When I sleep with it, I must use a knee pillow to even out, or else it causes more neck pain. But at this point I'm not sure if this pillow is actually improving anything.

I ordered the last one with an agent at Tempur-Pedic online and the one I was sent was NOT the same foam as in all the others. It was hard as a rock and I threw the pillow away! In the future I will only buy that pillow at a store where I can TEST the foam before I buy it!
