We recently purchased another couple of neck pillows, we've been very satisfied with them. If you dislike firm pillows, this is not for you. These neck pillows are very supportive, no more neck pain or backaches.

I think if it was thicker, and if it had a layer of cotton to soften it on top, I think it would be great. I have a extra soft tempur-pedic bed, and love it. I wish they did the same with this pillow by putting a softener on top.

Same comfy sleep I have had before. It does sleep a bit warm, but using a second pillow case takes care of that for me. Getting buy one/get onw was a plus!
