The pillow is absolutely uncomfortable. I received two pillows, only opened one yet Tempurpedic refused to take back the unopened one. Take my advice and not waste your money, shop somewhere else

When I get a headache from the muscles in my neck I just take a short nap and the pillow eases my aches. I love it so much that I insist it come with me when staying overnight away from home! The pillow is sturdy, the fabric on the custom made cover is soft and fits well, the zipper works great. All my senses are heightened including sense of smell. There was a slight odor from the pillow for the first few weeks but not the overwhelming chemical odor I've smelled from other foam products. I'm very happy to have found this pillow!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used really soft pillows in the past to support the back of my neck but it never felt quite right due to lack of support. A friend recommended this pillow to me that was shaped exactly like what I was trying to get my soft pillows to be! My only concern in the beginning was that it looked too firm and might feel too hard for the back of my head. After using this pillow for several months now, I'm one satisfied customer! The contour of the pillow fits the back of my neck comfortably. And while firmer than other pillows I've used in the past, the material of the pillow molds around your head so it is the perfect balance of comfort and support that I need to get a good night's sleep without getting neck pain when I wake up.

I bought tempurpedic neck pillows 15 years ago and LOVED them. They lasted, well, 15 years! I immediately sought to replace them but the formulation has changed. The new versions are much firmer and denser and less comfortable. I want my old pillows back!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my first TEMPUR-Pedic pillow decades ago when there was only one style to choose from and it lasted me 30 years! Recently I had one of those neck-spasm things where you can't turn your head past a certain point. Despite icing, heat, hot showers, etc., it wasn't going away. So I did what I should have done at the start -- purchase a new TEMPUR-Pedic pillow! It's a whole new experience. The rise is higher than my first one and the pillow is very firm, but gives where the weight of your head is. I am a back and mostly side sleeper and am not waking up anymore with a stiff neck or any pain and am sleeping soundly again. A game changer!

I bought one of these pillows in 2008 and absolutely loved it. Years late I need a new one. So I purchased this one and was very disappointed. The material is different and it doesnt feel the same. I measured myself to ensure the right size but it still seems very thick and hard. I was not happy with it and unfortunately cant return the product.
