Best pillow in the world

I first received 2 large TempurPedic neck pillows from my mother who didn't like them. I was yeah 2 free pillows. I love them! My motto is "have pillow will travel." My pillow have traveled the world together. Even if I'm just going up the road to spend the weekend with my best friend and her family, my pillow comes with me. It's was in my carry on bag. One of my pillows was used for 10 years before it lost its ability to go back to it's original shape. I have moved on to using the other one. I should just buy a few more to get me through the rest of my life. I told my mother if I should go before her, that I want to be buried in my flannel PJ's and my head on my pillow. That's how much I love these pillow. They are the best in this world. They are the only pillows for me.

Poor sleep and horrible back pain

If I could give this pillow a zero I would. I used this pillow for night and woke up with HORRIBLE upper neck and back pain that lasted over a week! This pillow is meant to help with alignment and did completely the opposite. I called customer service and they said that they would not be able to do anything about, no refunds or returns. I am extremely disappointed and will never order from the company again nor recommend the company to anyone. The sad part is, this is the most I have ever spent on ONE pillow and it did the opposite of what it claims to do. Please do not purchase this pillow if your are in the midst of deciding to purchase one.

I have been using Tempur-Neck Pillows for 20 years. The shape and firmness is great for me as a woman! Now my husband decided Tempur-Neck Pillows were best for him, too! We live in a small town, where there is not a store that has Tempur Pedic in stock. Our last order we placed online - Tempurpedic.com. The two pillows arrived quickly and in great shape. We will continue using these wonderful pillows that give us a great night of sleep every night!

I bought a Tempurpedic neck pillow 15 years ago and loved it. The pillow foam was high quality and pillow cover was 100% cotton. The new Tempurpedic neck pillow that I bought is very POOR quality and the cover is 100% polyester. The foam is not conforming! What a waste of money!

Way too hard

I've had several of these neck pillows thru the years and have always liked them. However, the 2021 version was noticeably harder than the previous ones I've had. So hard that I had to stop using it after a couple weeks because it was hurting my ears so much (I'm a side sleeper) and keeping me awake. That was disappointing.
