Not quite right

I bought the pillows to replace an older model of the same pillow that had lost firmness. This model somehow causes my ear to fold uncomfortably. It feels hard and not responsive as the older pillow did. Perhaps this is because it is standard size and not queen size as my first pillow. It is finally getting somewhat softer, but I feel I made a mistake. The second pillow of the buy one get one is still sealed. No one wants it.

Harder than I remember

I have bought Temperdic pillows for years. There is a delicate balance between the neck bump becoming too soft to feel effective over time and firmness. This time the pillow feels harder than I remember.

Pillow did not fit despite size guide, hard, and no returns

Unfortunately this pillow is very uncomfortable for me. Despite the size guide, which I used and measured exactly as directed, the medium size is too large. I have scoliosis and my chiropractor recommended that I get this pillow. Unfortunately this medium is no use, and Tempur does not accept exchanges. So I spent the money for nothing. Not to mention the smell of the chemicals within the pillow.

Product performs as advertised. But there are 2 major cons... First, price is ridiculous given that just as effective competitors cost 1/3 as much. Second, very annoying that it's only available in twin size. Messes up the aesthetic of our king size bed when made. Really should be made available in twin, queen and king.

Just received two TEMPUR-neck pillows that are not the same quality nor firmness of previously purchased identical pillows. Will discontinue buying from this company. Very disappointing because my previous neck pillow lasted two years.
