Too firm

I found this pillow to be too firm. I did not see a chart to order based on a weight or neck length so my jaw and arm go numb at times.

It is good for my neck ,ost nights, however, it is much smaller than I expected and harder than I expected. I thought it would be much more like the mattress that gives a little.

This is not a standard size pillow at all and doesn't fit any of our regular pillow cases. It's also not comfortable and causes neck pain.

My Husband (for whom I had bought the pillows) found them to be too hard to sleep on. He's looking for a neck pillow that is somewhat softer. Haven't found any yet. I prefer a harder pillow that supplies more support for my neck, so I may be able to use them. I haven't gotten around to trying one yet, though, because I'm using them to help elevate my leg due to a recent knee surgery. They work pretty well for that.

You might as well sleep on a rock. I can't believe they are getting away with selling this garbage. Don't waste your money. Completely worthless and no returns. I'm so disappointed. There is no way anyone could sleep on this especially if you have neck problems.

I have neck issues. I started using a Tempur-pedic pillow 20 years ago. I order or purchase new ones every 3 years. I recommend this perfect pillow to every human who suffers from cervical neck issues. It is remarkable and makes me smile each night as I drift off to sleep. Thank you to the design person(s). You must be part angel!

I bought this one to replace another tempur-pedic neck pillow and it's comfortable but the fact that it still doesn't fit in a standard pillow case drives me crazy. I have other non neck related tempur pillows that fit pillow cases perfect and the fact this one doesn't bothers me for a strange reason. It's great if you can get past that or go out an buy a separate case that does but it won't match your sheets.

I had ordered a Tempurpedic medium pillow as a gift for my daughter since she did not get it last year for Christmas. I ordered it in Oct and it was to be Christmas gift. The package was delivered and left at my door but was gone by the time I arrived home. Unfortunately, the package disappeared and Once again my daughter did not get the pillow. I contacted Temperpedic support and Angie took such great care of my problem with no hesitation, she had them ship out another exact pillow and within a week it arrived at my doorstep once again, unfortunately I was not home in time and my daughter got it and owned it and has it now. So it's an early Christmas gift. Thank you Angie and Tempurpedic.
