Painful Product - not worth the price

Wrong size was ordered and was left with a painful/stiff neck. Tempur does not offer any exchanges, even within the 90 day window. "Every product includes a warranty to protect your investment"- useless guarantee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used tempurpedic pillow for years....a neck pillow....and have loved it! The pillow I bought this time is very hard, non flexible, and the cover is slick. Not a soft cover like the previous ones I've had. I do not like it at all and cannot use it because instead of helping my neck, it causes neck pain. Not happy!

Rock hard with a terrible return policy

This new version of the pillow is NOT like their old version AT ALL. I've tried to break in the foam on and off many times before giving up. The foam doesn't give at all and it is like sleeping on a curb. I had bought it for my whole family and we've all experienced the same thing. It's crazy to still choose Tempur pedic when there are SO many other comparable products on the market nowadays that offer a trial and return especially if the product is unused. I had never before been unable to return an unused product. I had questioned the hardness of the pillows when they first arrived still in their packaging but decided to give it a try due to Tempur pedic's strict no return policy. It was even hard to find the place to leave this review. I would not recommend these pillows (nor the company).

Not Comfortable at All

The pillow is extremely uncomfortable. It's WAY TOO firm, far more firm than it needs to be to provide neck support. AND IT CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED!! Which is did not realize. That was a lot of money to spend on a pillow I can't even use.
