I love my Tempurpedic neck pillow. My doctor had recommended I purchase one because I had so many issues with my neck. Needless to say, it was one of the best decisions of my life! My first two pillows were the small size and this time I bought a medium. When I first started using the medium size pillow, I felt it was much firmer than my smaller one and I wasn't sure I liked it. Now I don't notice the difference so much, and my neck is still very happy! I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone with neck Issues. It may take a little time getting used to it, but once you do, you'll never want to go back to a traditional pillow!

I need good neck support while I sleep and have been searching for a pillow that would give that to me. These seemed like the perfect fit. I bought 2 for the price of 1 on a sale weekend and got a medium and large size because I was between sizes. I slept on the large first, and it was too big/kept my head and neck at a weird angle. So their recommendation to go to the smaller size if between sizes is accurate. Next, I slept on the medium size for a few nights. Each morning I woke up with all my neck muscles tight and stiff. I've read that this can happen with super firm pillows because your neck muscles fight against the hard surface and never fully relax. This was true for me. I also had my wife try these pillows and she reported the same stiff neck. Unfortunately, this means that these pillows will be going in the guest room as an option for when we have people stay over. Maybe someone else will find it to be their dream pillow. Overall the construction quality of the pillows was very high and I imagine they would have lasted a long time had they worked for me.

I tried this pillow for several nights after prolonged (months) neck and back pain from sleeping, and it was just awful for me. I willed myself to like it and have it help because of the brand and price, but that did not work. Then customer service told me that they don't do refunds on accessories, which the pillow is considered. Maybe works for some, but I am disappointed.

I just bought this pillow in size medium. I absolutely HATE IT !!! The foam is super stiff and the thicker part is absolutely TOO HIGH. This is the second time I've purchased a tempur pedic pillow and will not waste my money again.

Not a good pillow

I spent the extra money to purchase this pillow, because I wanted relief from neck pain in the morning. Based on the description and reviews, I thought this pillow would help keep my spine aligned while sleeping since I am a side and back sleeper. It did not do that, it's extremely uncomfortable and I couldn't make it through more than an hour before switching back to my cheap pillow. Also, based on my measurements I was told to purchase a small pillow, which I thought would just mean the "bump" on the pillow would be small to accommodate proper spinal alignment, but the pillow itself is actually very small. They could easily make the "bump" on the pillow the appropriate height while still making the pillow a normal size to fit in most pillow cases. I am very disappointed that I cannot exchange this pillow for one that might be better suited for me especially with the cost. I do not recommend this product.
