I bought the same exact pillows a year ago, but recent purchase for guest room arrived for visiting family with "same" pillow (left at home) and they were unable to sleep on it; caused neck strain and headache. Something has definitely changed and not for the better.

Changed the entire product. I replaced my neck pillow I had for years, and the quality of the pillow received doesn't support my neck, it is worse than I ever imagined. So I am using my "old" original neck pillow from years ago, still to this day! So disappointed in the products that I am looking elsewhere for a neck pillow. They say it is firm but it is quite the opposite and will not be coming back.

This is my 4 neck pillows with temper-pedic, but this one came in a plastic wrap with no box. The firmest is not there and the softness of the material. It's a rough and and flat pillow.

I had this same model for years and it was great. The newer version though is way too hard. They must have changed the material. After having it for months it still never softened. I wake up with neck discomfort.

I noticed that I had less neck pain when I would wake up in the morning. Sometimes I take a break using the pillow and it helps with neck pain as well.
