I'm 6 foot tall, 190 pounds and I bought the medium neck pillow. The pillow is too narrow. My head didn't fit in the curve of the pillow and the bump that goes under your neck forces you to sleep on your side always, that is, you can't sleep on your back because the bump is too big and pushes your neck up too much. I took advantage of the two for one deal and gave the other pillow to a friend. He had the same problems. It's just not a comfortable pillow. What's worse is that there are no returns on pillows :(

After friends told us they purchased these and how much the loved them and all the benefits they were seeing, we decided to order one for each of us. We tried them and both of us hated them. They were too hard and not comfortable. Our friends said that it took a bit to get accustomed to them so we tried them again. They have now found a home under our bed.

The pillow is way too firm. With it I forgot about my neck pain because I got a terrible headache. I couldn't even sleep through the night. It is a pity that the item can't be returned and has to go to the trash after being used just once...

Why do you have to give a product one star when it deserves zero? Extremely uncomfortable and one of the worst night sleeps I have ever had. If you want a free one you can look in my dumpster because that is where it's going.

I measured myself and the pillow per specifications and it was too small. I reordered the next size up and it was still smaller than the previous version I have of the same pillow. Sizing has changed dramatically over the years. Unfortunately they don't take returns on pillows and local retailers don't have the ergonomic pillows in stock. Save yourself the hassle and the money.

I have purchased a few Tempurpedic pillows over the years. This one is not the memory foam, which helped me so much over the years. The previous ones, you would kind of "melt" into. This is just "springy foam". It is constructed well, but definitely not the same. Instead of helping my neck, it hurts it. I would gladly pay twice the price for the original formula. If you sell the original under another name, please let me know.
