It is taking a long time to adjust to this pillow. I have used Tempur-Pedic pillows for years and have always been very satisfied. This pillow feels like it is made out of a stiffer material. Hopefully it will soften up. Not thrilled.

I've purchased two of these pillows over the past 5 years and the new model is not the same. I could feel my head sink into it--not a good thing when you have serious neck problems and count on the pillow to hold it's shape. Now what?

I took this pillow from my grandmother almost a year ago and have slept with it every single night since. If I go out of town I have to bring it or I don't get a good sleep. I am mainly a side-sleeper, but even so it is supportive and comfortable. A great blend of firm yet comforting. I am about to buy my own so that I can give hers back!

About eight years ago, I purchased a pillow from a Brookstone store. It was the smaller of the neck pillows and totally changed the quality of my sleep for years. Over those eight years, it has worn considerably, so over the past year I've purchased three Tempurpedic pillows, only to find each time that I had been sold a size bigger than expected. Two of those were bought for my wife and me. I eventually gave those away and decided to buy directly from the com- pany. After several conversations with reps, I was fairly certain that I had finally purchased the same size pillow I had bought years ago; after all, it was described as the "low profile" neck pillow. Almost $90 later, I am again stuck with a pillow that is not the desired size and, the best part, is not returnable. Yet another disappointing purchase from Tempurpedic....

This is my 3rd Neck Pillow. My 1st one purchased over 5 years ago is still in great shape & very firm. I've just started sleeping on my 3rd one & have to say there is a big difference in manufacturing of this pillow since I bought my 1st one. It is nice not to have to sit on it to speed up the breaking in period; however, for stated as a "firm" pillow it seems softer than my 1st one! I still highly recommend it especially if you have any type of neck/back problems. ?I wake up with very few (if any) problems even though I'm a side sleeper sometimes. A good pillow for back as well as side sleepers. We are a family who own several types of Temp Pedic pillows & this is one of my favorites next to the body pillow.?

I have 3 of these pillows. A standard for napping in the den. A queen size that I sleep on every night and a travel size for travel. All the pillows are 5 years old, and the one I sleep on every night still provides a lot of support. I am going to get the king medium since my tabby sleeps with me every night and I do not have to move my pillow to make room for him. The is the best pillow and the money spent is worth it. All the knockoffs out there is no where close. I had a car accident about 8 year ago and my neck used to hurt all the time, no more pain.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This pillow is amazing. I have had it for several years and it's time for a new one. I just want to respond to a few of the people that have given poor ratings. First, if it holds your head low when you're sleeping on your side, then you got the wrong size. If you have the proper size it holds your head perfectly in line with your spine. For those that said it works great for a while, you have to realize that it needs replaced just like any other pillow! The material does break down over time and not support as well. Finally, this pillow is most comfortable when used with the Tempur-Pedic bed. I have the bed and the pillow and get AMAZING sleep. Love Tempur Pedic products- I will never buy anything else!
