Can't sleep without it

After the first night I knew this pillow would make the difference for me, I finally can sleep without pain and waking up without a tight neck. Definitely worth the price!

it was better before the change

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Neck Pillow for over 20 years. I don't know when but Tempur-Pedic has changed the pillow and it's now not as great as I'm used to. The dimensions are smaller and the material is quite a bit firmer. Since receiving the pillow I have decided to continue to use my old pillow instead of the new one, for now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
