Too firm, did foam composition change?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all the pillow is okay. I've used the tempur-pedic neck pillow for years, but for some reason this one feels too firm compared to my past ones. I've tried sleeping on it a few times, but always end up with a pinch in my neck. Luckily I bought the symphony pillow at the same time, so I've been using that instead. The foam in the symphony feels much more like the foam I remember being in my past neck pillows. Hopefully I can find someone in my family who can use the neck pillow, because these things aren't cheap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All around great product. Sleeping is wonderful adn comfortably cool. the relief on pressure points is outstanding. The only drawback we have noticed is that the bed is slippery even with mattress protector and sheets. When we try to sit on the edge of the bed (to put on shoes, etc.) it is quite hard to stay on it. The edge is soft and the material is super slick, like Teflon. That is the only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating.
