I tried one of these in the past but the neck hump was too big. this one in the small size is perfect for my cervical stenosis. it is soft and comfortable both when sleeping on my back or my side. the only thing that would make it better is if it was wider.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a tepuredic pillow for as long as I remember, so when it was time to get another pillow, I just got an "updayed" version of the one I had. I like how the outer cover can be removed for washing. Holds support and form well for comfort. The side where the pillow is more built up for the neck is my favorite part of the pillow.

I have been using Tempurpedic pillows longer than I can remember. I get such a better nights sleep using one. I do whatever it takes to travel with my pillow. It's great that it smashes into almost any suitcase! I even keep one in my travel trailer! Better sleep is worth it!

The size and height of the neck support hump is right, I just wish it had a little more give. It's VERY firm. I like to wear EarPods to sleep and this pillow is causing ear pain when I do. On the plus side, it works pretty well when I'm lying on my back, but I'm a 99% side sleeper. If you're a tall, large back sleeper (I'm 6'7" and ~260lbs) this will probably be great for you. Side sleepers, maybe get a size down or one of the other designs.
