Honestly, this pillow works. I wake up with way less neck pain. I got into a minor car accident years ago and have bulging discs in my upper spine and always woke up with a headache or neck pain. Highly recommend it if you have pain too. Not as cozy or soft as other pillows but I got used to it after a few nights.

When I got my pillow, the smell was very bad and strong. So I let it sit in my living room for three days try to let the smell run out. But it did not! So I take off the cover and washed it hope the smell disappears. It did get a bit better, at least I can sleep on it without getting a bad headache.

Tempur pedic is not the same quality as it was before. It becomes lump and flat in just a couple of weeks. They are not the same quality of tempur pillows that I bought in the old days. I'm utterly disappointed.

I had this similar pillow for 12 years and loved it. Obviously that's a long time for one pillow. I bought a new one and it is so much bigger. I followed the size guide and everything. I wish I could return it. It's hurting my neck. Uggghhh! It's bigger than you think.

I ordered a medium neck pillow and had to exchange it for the small version. I was looking to replace a 10 year old Tempur Pedic neck pillow which I absolutely love. However, even the "small" size was still too "high" and also the material did not have the same level of compressibility as the original one I bought 10 years ago. I can't use it, as it gives me a sore neck, which is the opposite of what it is supposed to do. I'm very disappointed as I was hoping to have another 10 years with this new replacement. Something has changed in the production as the material is just not the same as the original.

I have used this pillow for years. This pillow has been outstanding for both back and side sleeping. It has been a miracle for both my husband and I offering great support. My husband has sinus issues that are alleviated by keeping his head supported at a slight tilt. I have neck arthritis that requires proper support while sleeping. All other pillows I have used were not sturdy enough to properly support my neck during sleep. We have both been very happy with the quality of the neck pillow.
