My new pillow replaces my previous one that I adored; very comfortable and only started aging after 20 years. This one checks all the boxes but I liked the density of the first one better. my previous one has an extra star.

The pillow is small! And the curved part that is supposed to support my neck does not. I selected medium size based on the measurements on the website and the pillow does not match the measurements. Plus, it is not firm like the website mentions. The pillow is as if it's meant for a child and I don't believe my neck and shoulder are staying supported all through the night. Plus, you're not allowed to return and get refunded for the pillows! Even if you don't open the packaging. Shady!

I was wanting a good neck pillow as I go to the chiropractor already for issues and wearing orthotics for my TMJ. (FYI I'm 33 at 5'2 and weigh 113lbs) I got one size up from the smallest and they are right on how small this is. So if u change its direction there isn't a lot of space. But besides that this has no bounce back or cushion. It literally feels like cheap foam. I wish I would have opted for a completely different pillow instead. So im still using more mybold tempurpedic pillow from 6 yrs and using this as a filler pillow for my. Very disappointed

I bought the medium version. It should at least be a queen size in length. Ok, fine it's not. But the weird shape is uncomfortable to sleep on. I had to keep reminding myself to stay in one position all night. It's acceptable if it helps solve the neck strain. Didn't help me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow because I would sometimes wake up with a stiff neck that would take days to go away. After getting this pillow I haven't woken up yet with any soreness in my neck at all. The pillow is very firm and feels uncomfortable at first, but I got used to it. I used the size chart and it said I should get a medium, but I think that size might actually be too large for me. So I turned the pillow around and use the small end instead. The small size pillow probably would have been a better fit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The neck pillow is extremely stiff and does not give at all with the weight of my head. It's also really bad for side sleeping, and you have to both go to sleep and wake up on your back unless you want your neck and shoulders to hurt. I talked to customer service about my dissatisfaction with the product and requested an exchange but they refused to offer one.
