Hard as a rock!!!!!

I purchased this pillow for my husband as a Christmas gift, we had no clue that it would be so hard. I would not advise anyone to purchase this product. There is no give at all to the pillow, you would be better off to go outside get a rock and put it under your head.

Small and HARD

I purchased Mediums and thought they were to be Queen sized. They are much smaller and don't fit in our pillowcases. And, I am surprised by how stiff and hard they are. I woke up with a pain in my neck and my husband woke up in the middle of the night because his ear was sore due to the stiffness of the pillow. I wish that I had read the print about them not being returnable. So, now, we're stuck with uncomfortable pillows and need to buy new pillowcases or I might just give them away to someone who finds them comfortable.

Horrible!!

Been a customer for over 15 years, and have always purchased these neck pillows because they used to be so firm. Not anymore! The last 3 pillows I've purchased from here have all been super soft, I don't get it. They've changed this pillow for the worst and it's very upsetting.

It's like silk

The cover of the pillow is like silk, my pillow cover will not stay on the pillow cause it is slick. I do not like it, paid too much for this pillow. I had other neck pillow and it was a good one. You need to let people know what kind of material is on the cover of your pillows

Be 100% sure you like your pillow to be really, extra firm before you buy because the return policy does not extend to pillows. I'm a side sleeper mainly, and sometimes I sleep on my back, so I got the large as recommended. Too stiff for me or my girlfriend, can't relax my shoulders or my neck enough to sleep uninterrupted. I'll probably ask around if anyone likes really dense pillows. I have two of them because it was BOGO, so I will be pillow Santa this year.

There is firm pillows and then there is this rock they ship. Are you kidding me?! Unless your dome weighs 50 pounds, there is not an inch of give. This would hurt as a sitting cushion. Do the right thing and offer refunds!
