Neck/Back Pain Gone

I've never written an actual review, but this pillow is awesome. My neck has been hurting for months/years because my old pillows were garbage, but this is phenomenal. I have an extra firm bed, which is supposed to help my back, but my pillows never allowed me to be comfortable on the bed. I (M 27) have a 6" space between my neck and shoulder, so I went with the medium pillow. It felt kind of odd when I got it out of the package and lied down on it (mostly the shape), but that night and the next, I've gotten more restful sleep than I can ever remember. 4-5 hours of sleep feels like 8 now. If you're trying to upgrade pillows, this should definitely be at the top of your list of considerations.

About ten years ago we ordered a temperpedic bed and had to wait a couple days for delivery. Meanwhile, we took home the pillows. Even on our old bed, the pillow was like... magic. The combination of bed and pillow are heavenly. Comfortable support, exactly where it's needed. No more waking up to adjust the pillow. Ten years later and it shows no sign of wear - worth every cent!

neck pain

This is hard as a rock and has made my neck pain even worse. I measured myself and came to a little over 6 inches so I bought the large. I don't know if all sizes feel this way but it does not have the tempurpedic feeling I'm used to. I had this pillow years ago and thought maybe it would help again. Instead I wasted a lot of money on a rock that made matters worse. I'm very upset it can't be returned.

Most uncomfortable pillow ever

Ordered 4 of these pillows, Opened and tried two of the pillows by two members of household. Both users found them too hard and experienced headaches and stiff necks. The only way they were semi-comfortable was by using another pillow on top of them, which defeated the reason we purchased them. Now we are stuck with them due to your no return policy.

Quality has changed

I received my pillow and noticed the quality has changed from years ago. I did not open the pillow and it is still sealed in plastic wrapping. They refuse to let me return it. It is unopened. Horrible customer service. The defect is the quality is bad. I deserve a refund.

Helps with Migraines and cervical dystonia

I've been using this pillow at least the last 15 years. This pillow is a god send as nothing else helps when I have a migraine. The contour is exactly what I need to relieve pressure from my head. Two years ago I was diagnosed with cervical dystonia and the only way I got comfortable enough to sleep was by using this pillow. I have bought multiple pillows as recently as four months ago and not one can hold up to this pillow. This is my forever pillow. I now own three just for me.

Super hard, stiff and wokeup with neck pain :( I get migraines and this definitely didn't help.
