I'm sorry but you compromised the quality. I have cervical degeneration in my C4,5,6, and 7. And need support for me neck.sorry but this is just awful and I'm someone who knows better! I wasn't going to leave a review but decided I better. I remember I had one 30 years ago. It was exceptional, but this time around awful hard as a rick and m6 neck felt worse after sleeping on it. Migraines got worse. This is no5 the quality you use to stand for. Better step up your game. I see you have more than your fair share of one stars!

I have been using a Tempurpedic pillow for years. Being a computer programmer (retired now), my neck would kill me after a day and night's work! The pain would affect my sleep. Tempurpedic made a huge difference. I still use it. I just bought a new one. I even take it with me when I travel! I wouldn't be without it!

This pillow is not the soft luxurious pillow that many people dream of sleeping on. In fact it is actually hard as a rock! However if you have constant tingling and numbness in your arms ans hands during the night, this pillow will correct your neck and spine so all of that discomfort goes away.
