The sizing chart did not translate well to what was best for us, and the pillows themselves were overly firm. Overall, troubled sleep and woke up with a stiff neck.

New ones are different!

I have a 2017 and a 2013 TP neck pillow I bought. Both small size, and both having that clay-like, slow response foam that was somehow both dense and firm but so soft. BEST pillows ever. I bought 2 medium loft cooling neck pillows during BOGO and one regular medium loft neck pillow direct from TP. I side sleep mostly now on a firmer TP mattress and need more life. These 3 new pillows do not have the same foam as my older 2. New foam is white, old foam yellow. New doesn't have that clay-like slow response. It barely conforms to my neck and head. It bounces back into place almost immediately instead of slowly expanding. It's harder and less dense, and lighter too. None of these pillows work for me and I'm upset at having spent this money for nothing. I went to several mattresses stores in town to check on the newer pillow offerings, none of them carried the neck pillow in stock.

Half the size of a normal pillow. Does not fit standard pillow case and looks weird on bed, especially if you have a king.

The material is not as soft as i was led to believe. I still end up waking up stiff on my side but it seems ok on my back although it is not as comfortable as I would hope.

The pillow is very comfortable and helped a ton with my neck pain the first few weeks of use. Now that I've had it a month, I am starting to notice the pillow sinking and it does not seem to be as supportive as it was at the start. I'm a bit disappointed in this based on the price spent and the short time it lasted.

I ordered the neck pillow and it's almost a child's size pillow. Wish I went with two cloud pillows instead of one of each. Wish I could switch it out. Very disappointed being 6ft4 and 300lbs.

About fifteen years ago I bought my first neck pillow and a second one in 2010. I decided to buy two more recently and these are the worst pillows now. They are completely different quality than they used to be. It's as if the technology is completely different. I tried to return the pillows- one completely unused and the other minimally used to no avail. So now I have a useless product on which I spent far too much money. Dave your own money and don't waste one red cent on these rock-hard pillows that will throw your neck and shoulders out of place.

I opened it thinking it may expand...nope, it is ridiculously tiny. No wonder it was half off and buy one get on free. I'm sure, positive these do not sell in stores, no way! How is this a large and it's the same size as a small? Run...
