I ordered this pillow because I was experiencing neck pain when I would wake up in the morning, 3-4 days per week. I thought having a neck pillow would help so I purchased this pillow. When I first put my head on this pillow, it felt really hard and I thought I might have made a mistake, but I went ahead and slept on it that night. When I woke up in the morning, no neck pain. I slept on it the second night and again no neck pain. Since I purchased this pillow over a month ago, I have had no neck pain when I wake up in the morning. Despite the fact that the pillow is very firm, I now look forward to sleeping on it because I don't have neck pain when I wake up. It works for me. If you get this pillow and you think it is too firm, sleep on it anyway and see if you get results. I almost decided not to sleep on it because of how firm it was, but I have not regretted the purchase.

My neck pain was reduced significantly. Pillow gets a little getting used to, a couple weeks for me, but I stuck with it because the need to pop my neck was going away and overall felt a ton better with this pillow. I used to sleep on my stomach but now sleep on my side. It's originally not super comfortable because of the shape but gets better as you get used to it. All other pillows are no longer sufficient, went traveling but didn't bring a pillow. Really missed it and my neck suffered on those goose feather pillows, gonna look for a travel version soon

I love this pillow! It is small in size so it takes a moment to get used to the size. But the first night's sleep was all it took for that. The pillow has relieved pain in my neck and shoulders and reduced my snoring about 75% of the time. Now if Tempurpedic could alleviate drooling, my sleep would be perfect!

I took advantage of the bogo offer and treated myself and my daughter for our birthdays. My neck feels so much better since I've been using my pillow. It's extremely comfortable and it really works! It gives my neck the support it needs and that's very important to me since I suffer from degenerative disc disease in my neck and need a good quality neck pillow... This pillow is the one! I love it and recommend it to everyone!!!

I got a stiff neck in the morning after the first night I slept on this pillow. Too hard and would not sag when people who are light-weighted are using. But it's working well as I put it on the chair to serve as a back pillow. I believe it would be good if I am heavier and thus this pillow will sag when I put my head onto it.

This is the best purchase I've made in a while. I've had trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep for years, due to neck pain. I would wake up with an achy neck. I've used this for 2 days, and I feel like a new woman. I sleep well and wake up without neck pain. Excellent pillow!

I'm 57, generally sleep on my side and wanted neck support. Have gratefully slept in a Temperapedic bed for a few decades and previously used their pillows, also. These are ok but really, just a tad too firm so don't feel like bed- comfy/ semi-luxurious to rest your cradle into night after night. It does the job but something's not quite adequately tweaked to make it perfect. Older model seemed more comfortable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
