THIS IS MY THIRD TEMPUR-PEDIC PILLOW. ICOULD NOT SLEEP WITHOUT IT. I HAVE ONE IN THE BED ROOM AND ONE IN THE CAMPER. I LOST ONE THIS SUMMER DUE TO HURRICANE ARTHUR, WHICH TOTALED AND FLOODED THE CAMPER. PURCHASED A NEW CAMPER AND HAD TO HAVE A NEW TEMPUR-PEDIC PILLOW.

I have gone through both the Symphony and the Traditional tempur-pedic pillows but returned to my old Neck Pillow. I was looking for additional support but the other two lines left me with a stiff neck and sore back in the morning. They are both sitting in my closet and I continue to use my neck pillow. It is a classic and you can't go wrong.

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the product ( the Tempur-neck Pillow-small) It is NOT SOFT enough to be comfortable. I tried someone else's larger sized product and it was sweetly soft so I ordered the small size that fits me better but found it hard.
