Size chart inaccurate. Rock hard. Lost trust in brand

I've owned numerous neck pillows and replace them every few years. I purchase them locally at a store that accepts returns. This time I ordered directly from Tempurpedic website using their measurement guide. Turns out that the pillow I ordered (size Large) was way too big for me. Its bulbous. shape and size contributed to a great deal of neck and head pain despite my best efforts to adapt. I then ordered a smaller size (Medium) which is unbearably rock hard and impossible to sleep on. My ears and jaw ache when sleeping on my side. The Medium pillow is "Extra Firm" according to the box. I did not have the option to choose my preferred firmness when ordering and never would have chosen Extra Firm! The first (Large) pillow I ordered was labelled "Standard" though nowhere on the website description are there options for choosing firmness. I've happily relied on Tempur pedic neck pillows for years and never had problems like this before. These new pillows are not made from the same material as the older ones. A complete waste of money since my family members also find them too uncomfortable to sleep on. Sad to say, I've lost my trust in this brand.

I love the pillow when sleeping on my side. When I toss and turn or go from side sleeping to back sleeping it is not as comfortable for me.

Comfortable and supportive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is comfortable and supportive but didn't completely fix my neck and back pain. I am a side and stomach sleeper and the pillow is a little too high for that. It still beats other pillows that I've tried though.

It's hard and it doesn't get softer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used it for months, past its return window, but it's just so hard for the back of my neck, if anything it adds pressure to it. It's uncomfortable for sleeping on my back and not big enough for a comfy side-sleeping. I wish I can return this.
