I'm buying my third one and my girlfriend's first bc she is always stealing mine. I've been sleeping on these for well over 10 years and it's the best. It perfectly supports your neck and all my neck pain is gone now. I love these!

One side too low, other too tall

The height difference between the two sides is too dramatic, so I could use either. It's also a much firmer memory foam than older Temper pillows. I tried for a few weeks, but woke up in pain every day. And best part, they don't allow returns even though you can't try the pillow ahead in a store. I do not recommend purchasing a Temper pillow until you're able to actually try one in a store. Really disappointed.

This is my third Tempur -neck pillow and I just love it. No neck cramps in the morning. Very restful and a full night's sleep all the time. This is the only pillow I use and also travel with it. One drawback is when I take it camping, and the temps are low at night, the pillow gets pretty rigid but does soften up eventually.

This pillow works! I am usually a side sleeper. 6'4" with big head. I used to wake up with mild neck pain everyday, and was constantly readjusting a pillow and my body position to get comfortable to sleep. With this pillow I rarely have to move. Now my neck feels normal again in the morning. Provides great support for side and back sleeping. The night before this review I had overused my neck at the computer throughout the day. Happens 6 ish times a year. This resulted in terrible neck pain/strain that radiated into my eye for a headsplitting headache. Usually these last for hours with little relief. I laid on my back in bed with my head rested on the small side of this pillow and the pain immediately lessened and within 30 mins was gone and I fell asleep soon after. Make sure to use the measurements to get the right sized pillow for your body. I do wish the pillow were longer and i could find a fitted pillow case (looks silly in a normal case). Also the off gassing smell took several days to go away. Well worth the money. I also have a tempur cloud dual breeze, which while comfy and good enough on most nights to also relieve day to day neck pain; did absolutely nothing to relieve the pain last night. The support this pillow gives your neck/head is amazing.

The sizing chart did not translate well to what was best for us, and the pillows themselves were overly firm. Overall, troubled sleep and woke up with a stiff neck.

New ones are different!

I have a 2017 and a 2013 TP neck pillow I bought. Both small size, and both having that clay-like, slow response foam that was somehow both dense and firm but so soft. BEST pillows ever. I bought 2 medium loft cooling neck pillows during BOGO and one regular medium loft neck pillow direct from TP. I side sleep mostly now on a firmer TP mattress and need more life. These 3 new pillows do not have the same foam as my older 2. New foam is white, old foam yellow. New doesn't have that clay-like slow response. It barely conforms to my neck and head. It bounces back into place almost immediately instead of slowly expanding. It's harder and less dense, and lighter too. None of these pillows work for me and I'm upset at having spent this money for nothing. I went to several mattresses stores in town to check on the newer pillow offerings, none of them carried the neck pillow in stock.
