I have been using a Tempurpedic pillow for years. Being a computer programmer (retired now), my neck would kill me after a day and night's work! The pain would affect my sleep. Tempurpedic made a huge difference. I still use it. I just bought a new one. I even take it with me when I travel! I wouldn't be without it!

The previous pillow was way to soft and didn't support my head and neck at all. I got the TempurPedic head and neck support pillow and what a difference. I no longer get neck strain and sprain and get to sleep faster. Highly recommended.
