Love this bed! Slept on my old tempurpedic for 17 years and it still felt good but it was time to get a new one!

Feels like a you sleep on a rock

Not a comfortable or recommended product by me. It genuinely felt like a rock. It does look like a quality product but feeling is just unsatisfying.
IMPORTANT Note: you cannot return pillows.

The pillow holds my neck and head. I don't have to keep searching for the spot that fits better on the pillow.
Just one thing - if there is/are better descriptions to select the right size (S/M/L) on the web (without trying them in person at the store) before ordering it, that would be great. This time, I was not sure the size for me, then ordered both small and medium since it was on the Thanksgiving BOGO sale. The medium size fits better (maybe between M and S is the perfect), then I gave small size pillow to my teenage daughter for her Christmas gift. She loves it, too.

Pillow provides great support but the height differences very from my old one. I had a medium for years and reordered. The new one was taller and uncomfortable. Ordered the low and it is too low. Something changed in the production and now there is not a good in between height. Still happen to love the support and quality...but miss my old one!

We have been using these pillows for a very long time, 15 + years, the best in the market, I have tried other brands and keep going back to tempur-neck pillows

So hard

I don’t think I have ever felt a pillow this hard. It literally feels like sleeping on stacked cardboard. Your head does not sink at all, just sits on top of the pillow. This is by far the worse pillow I have ever bought.
Also paid for the “cooling” pillow. There is nothing cooling about the pillow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using the neck pillow as back support for over a month as suggested to break it in. It is still too hard. It is great for back support though.
