Not worth the hype

I have never been so disappointed in purchasing this pillow. I looked into it read the reviews. And it is probably the worst pillow I have ever purchased. The quality from what you see online and the size is all marketing.

Takes some getting used to…!

Its much smaller than I expected but it’s growing on me! One ridge is higher than the ridge on the other side- i change for side sleeping vs back sleeping. It has definitely helped with my neck pain.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too stiff

This pillow was extremely stiff.. like the hardest pillow I’ve ever laid on. Also I got the large size and didn’t notice any difference in size from a normal pillow, although I don’t have the smaller size to compare. lastly, you can’t return… so now I have this pillow that was expensive and I will never use it..

The pillows have shrunk. I feel like I have a travel sized pillow. How is it now that the medium and large are the same size length and width wise but the large is 3/4 taller. How is that a kng size? Also the quality of the foam is much flimsier. The old pillow I have is a lot firmer than the new ones. My head melts into the pillow instead of sitting on top and supporting my neck.

Measurement guide is inaccurate for sizing

The sizing guide is inaccurate so the pillow I ordered is not the correct size for my body. Since pillows can't be returned, a pro-customer move would be to update the sizing guide to include videos or other information to ensure that customers get the right fit.
