I love tempur-pedic pillows and won’t use any other. They are great for my neck and back issues.

Uncomfortable and too big

Ended up being a waste of money. The pillow is hard as a rock and, although I measured myself beforehand, is too big. Should have just gone to a big box store.

This pillow saved me from neck and shoulder pain! I woke up with neck pain and then shoulder pain that lasted for 2 weeks! After sleeping on this pillow my pain finally cleared up!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Useless rock!

This was the worst product I've ever purchased. I only used it twice using both sides. My husband never used it, he literally tried it for 2 minutes and he immediately said it wasn't going to work because it's too small. He has a larger head and it doesn't curve to his neck and head. It's also so rock hard you never get the memory foam feeling. Just feels like an extra hard foam. We got the 2 for 1 deal so it's not as big of a loss but it was still a waste of money. We will literally be throwing these in the trash. Do not waste your money on this. Buy a regular pillow and save a ton of money. Tempurpedic doesn't do returns even on an unopened items so we didn't even bother calling.

Tiny, hard as a rock, and no returns

This pillow is too small, which we realized upon opening it. Unfortunately, Tempurpedic doesn’t allow returns for pillows under any circumstances, even if unused, due to the “personal nature” of such products. The company that will literally send people to your home to take your mattress back on the 89th day for a refund won’t let you exchange a brand new pillow for a bigger size. Never buying from this joke of a company again.
