I've left my pillow uncovered a month now to air out. When i use it, i wake with terrible dizzy spells. I wish i knew how to expedite getting rid of the pillow's smell . I've owned this pillow before, i dont recall taking this long to air it out. Desperate for help cause I need this pillow for my neck problems

I would only recommend this to back sleepers. We ordered two neck pillows along with our mattress, I don't know what my husband was thinking because I am a stomach sleeper. This absolutely doesn't work on your stomach, you feel like you are choking yourself. It is also too low for sleeping on your side. Basically if you get this pillow you are stuck sleeping on your back. I only use this when I'm taking a nap and don't mind sleeping on my back for an hour. It is very comfortable it doesn't give you a sore spot on the back of your head and it keeps your neck nice and straight, but if you don't like being stuck on your back don't fool yourself.

I have owned the large neck pillow for about 7-8 years! TEMPUR holds up like no other memory foam pillow. I will say, when I first got this pillow it took a VERY long time to get used to, like 2 months! Then, I couldn't sleep without it. I wound up buying a 2nd one for a vacation home in FL I had so I could have the same comfort in both places. I do use the pillow a bit oddly, using the small curve 90% of the time under my neck, instead of the large. I also find, over the years, I need to put a thick folded towel under it to give it more height. Another unusual thing is if I'm feeling restless, i'll lay on my side and tilt the pillow towards my face, and it's a whole new comfort. I find this pillow to be very unique, versatile, and long lasting. It can be/feel 'hard', especially if the room is cold, but this is true of any TEMPUR product. Again, give it AMPLE time to get used to it.

I have been using one of these for over ten years now and can't/won't go back to anything else. Using a regular pillow caused neck and shoulder issues. I haven't had a single morning with neck or should pain when using one of these. It does take a few nights to "break in" a new pillow. It may feel too firm, but it will soften and react to heat more quickly as you use it. For me, the improvement in sleep is almost immediate, even with a new pillow. The only down-side to these pillows is that once you start using one, you have to take it with you when you travel, as regular pillows just won't cut it anymore. I also have a travel-size pillow that was in my pack everyplace I went in Iraq. I could get a decent night's sleep on a cot as long as I had my pillow.

I bought the pillow several weeks ago and there is still a lingering chemical smell. I have put the pillow outside, leaned it up against a wall so that all sides get air, etc. Still very smelly.

I 've been a user of the Tempur-Pedic pillow for many years. My wife got me one and fell in love with it right way. I had neck surgery and it's the only pillow that works for me. My old pillow started getting soft and OLD. So it was time for a replacement. I've tried different brands, But I just give them away... they just don't work! THANK YOU for making a great pillow!

My husband developed a spinal condition around his neck area, and needed a firm but comfortable support while sleeping. As we have Tempurpedic mattress we swear by, I decided to try the neck pillow. It was a "gamble" because he is a fussy sleeper. But, Tempurpedic did its magic. The first morning after, he declared he can't live without it, and worked wonders to ease his pain. Thank you Tempurpedic! I would like to suggest, however, that more thought be given to the material used for its cover. First, it feels a little too "warm" to skin, which may disturb one's sleep especially for those who do not like to keep air conditioning on while sleeping. Second, it attracts dust and lint, which cannot be avoided in bedding. And, third, it washes well but collects all that lint in washing machine too!
