The neck pillow helps me in having a comfortable sleep. With this pillow, my neck sits comfortably on the arch. because it follows the contour of my head and neck while in a supine or side sleeper position I wake up without any stiffness or discomfort. Hotel pillows are not comfortable for me so I try my best to bring my neck pillow when I travel. I think I should get the large size next time. I have had a larger neck pillow from a different brand and that fits more comfortably.

I measured my shoulder, just as instructed. But my pillow doesn't fit my neck. When lying down on my side, it's the right height for my shoulder. But the fat edge is too wide for my neck. Does that make sense? Another way to explain is: the thinnest part of the pillow is about 1/3 across. It should be abound 1/2 way across.

Fixed my aching neck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is great. This is not a typical pillow though. It's heavy and you don't bend it or crunch it or anything like that. But once you place you head on it, you're asleep - period. I'm very pleased! It's like an extension to our tempurpedic bed!
