Small Neck Pillow

I bought this pillow to replace my existing Tempur-pedic pillow. I’m not certain what changed, but the pillow I received was not anything like the one I wanted to replace. I don’t know if it’s a different material or filling, but they are just not the same. My old pillow is much heavier and more cushioning. it just doesn’t feel like the Tempur-pedic pillows that I’m used to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The product is well made but I'm not sure yet if the style works for me as a back sleeper. There are nights when the pillow feels great under my neck and head, and other nights when I wake up with a little neck ache. I'm not sure if it's user error or if I have the wrong size. However, it works great for the nights I want to side sleep. Thankfully, I also have the TEMPUR-Cloud to alternate with.

Not comfortable and not returnable

My neck and head were not comfortable on this pillow at all. It was like sleeping with your head in a ditch. The pillow is also much smaller than a standard size pillow, so it does not fit well in a pillowcase. It’s also not returnable. All other companies I have purchased pillows from will accept returns on a pillow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It does what it is suppose to do but cost a lot for what you are getting. I will say it has helped with my neck pain.

After giving at least 2 weeks to adjust to the pillow, I can now say I no longer have neck and upper back pain. Advise: dont give up too soon, it takes time to adjust to the pillow and its very awkward when first using it. I promise you'll get used to it and your body will feel so much better waking up in the morning!

I have used this kind of pillow for years and wouldn’t think of sleeping in any other kind of pillow. It is so comfortable and I never wake up with a headache!

Uncomfortable compared to brand I normally use

I have used neck pillows before, but found this one very uncomfortable. Buyer beware, the pillows are expensive and not returnable or refundable if you find it discomforting like I did. I even chatted with support to see if I could get different pillow with no success. I would highly recommend buying a pillow where you can return it if you are dissatisfied.
