[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a medium sized pillow- I realized other pillows were too thin/thick and squishy, and was keeping my head tilted up and putting stress on the back of my neck. The firmness and contour of this one is just enough. I've suffered from pinched nerves and a sore neck my entire adult life and have tried at least 20 different pillows. It is really firm and definitely took a week or so to get used to but I haven't had pain since I switched to this one.

It's much smaller than I thought and I'm still having neck and shoulder pain. I really wish I could return or exchange it. I won't be able to afford another pillow for a while.

My only issue with the product is it's very hard, and my only feedback would be to incorporate some level of comfort or cushion into the foam to help with the stiffness. I prefer the original pillow more than this one as it supports and is comfortable.

I like a very firm pillow, so this pillow is perfect for my preference. The only downside is the length of the pillow. I wish it was longer, at least a queen size.
