I bought this neck pillow about a month ago - I was having a lot of neck pain every morning from my head not being supported well. I debated awhile - it's a lot of money to spend on a pillow!! But after paying for massages to make my neck feel better for just a few hours, I decided it was worth it. And it is!! My neck feels so much better every day! No more spasms! The only down side - I ordered the Queen size, and it really is not any bigger than a regular size pillow. But - all things considered, not such a big deal

I don't have chronic pain, but I did hold a lot of stress in my neck. Since I started using this pillow, my neck has been virtually pain free. I can't even sleep on another pillow anymore. I have added the travel pillow and a king sized neck pillow to my collection, and I can't imagine my life without them!

Love my neck pillow, best one I've ever purchased (tried other brands). So addicted to sleeping on it, pillow travels with me for any overnight stays. Very good quality, firmness. For anyone who has shoulder problems or previous injury, this is a must.

First Experience with a Neck Pillow

Got my queen size neck pillow about three months ago, and I take it everywhere I go. My wife has one also. Wish we had some kind of carry bag to make packing up in the car easier. My only problem with it is that the pillow cases are expensive and hard to find.

I bought one neck pillow about three weeks ago. I liked it so much that I bought a second pillow a week later - for the other side of the bed. The neck pillow is very firm (which I like), yet conforms to my next and my face. I am not constantly fluffing a pillow during the night. I have not woke up in the morning with a stiff neck, or sciatic pain, since I started using this pillow.

This is the 3rd pillow I have purchased in 6 years. The previous 2 pillows were great but this one does not appear to keep its shape in the 6 weeks that I have owned it. At first, I did not experience neck pain upon awakening, but now I wake up during the night with neck pain. According to my receipt, "bedding and pillows are not returnable." I registered my pillow on the day I purchased it, but have not received the free pillow case according to the instructions. I was very happy with my previous two purchases of the exact same pillow, but this one is not up to previous standards.
