The great thing about it is that it works for side and back sleeping- just flip the pillow and adjust to your comfort! I'm glad I took the leap and got this pillow it's made all the difference in my sleep.

The Neck Support is Real

After a week of using these pillows, my pinch nerve went away and my neck feels great. This are one of those pillows where you will find yourself figuring out how to bring it with you whenever you have overnight stays.
