Quality and Comfortable But...

I bought this one to replace another tempur-pedic neck pillow and it's comfortable but the fact that it still doesn't fit in a standard pillow case drives me crazy. I have other non neck related tempur pillows that fit pillow cases perfect and the fact this one doesn't bothers me for a strange reason. It's great if you can get past that or go out an buy a separate case that does but it won't match your sheets.

I had ordered a Tempurpedic medium pillow as a gift for my daughter since she did not get it last year for Christmas. I ordered it in Oct and it was to be Christmas gift. The package was delivered and left at my door but was gone by the time I arrived home. Unfortunately, the package disappeared and Once again my daughter did not get the pillow. I contacted Temperpedic support and Angie took such great care of my problem with no hesitation, she had them ship out another exact pillow and within a week it arrived at my doorstep once again, unfortunately I was not home in time and my daughter got it and owned it and has it now. So it's an early Christmas gift. Thank you Angie and Tempurpedic.

I had a tempurpedic neck pillow from years ago and loved it. The new neck pillow I just purchased is too hard to sleep on.

Seemingly lower quality than previous version

I've had a Tempurpedic pillow since 2014. I recently replaced it with a new model of the same pillow and it is very different. The old pillow was supple and confirmed to my head and neck. The new one is stiff and feels cheap. The old one felt like the top layer of a the Tempurpedic mattress and the new one felt like the bottom of the mattress. Incorporating the better foam either as a top layer or as the overall material would significantly improve the comfort of the pillow.

Beware: much larger and firmer than this pillow used to be

I have had several of these pillows over the past 10 years and recently ordered a new Small one. It is much taller and firmer than my old ones, and not at all comfortable. Instead of making my neck feel more comfortable, it actually makes my neck hurt more. I do not recommend this product at all - and Tempur-pedic does not allow you to return pillows. Be sure you want this before you order it!

This product is amazing! I'm a back and side sleeper. It supports your neck and reduce neck/shoulders pain. I can have a good sleep thru the night.
