Not as comfortable as I hoped

I ordered this to replace my original pillow from several years ago. My old pillow gets soft once it warms under my head but this one stays as hard as a rock. It appears that the product has changed for the worse. I do not use it under my head and I have gone back to using my old pillow.

Quality Lasts

I first experienced the large neck pillow in 2009, and have slept on nothing else since. I even carry it on vacation because no other pillows measure up. No more neck aches for this side sleeper. Well worth the cost.

Too hard and too thick and I cannot return it.

The pillow is too thick and too hard, it hurts my neck and hed. I cannot return it because Tempurpedic does not allow returns on pillows. So I spent $100 to learn that I do not want it.

This pillow is trash. It's rock hard and painful to sleep on. I never knew that a pillow could hurt my ears yet this one somehow does. I wake up multiple times throughout the night when I try to use it. Tempurpedic is running a scam with these by refusing to include pillows in their 90 day guarantee. In fact, they won't even accept returns of completely sealed unopened products. Don't make the mistake of ordering multiple pillows at once like I did.

More neck pain

Used it on the first night, woke up with neck pain the following morning . Used it again the 2nd night with a different angle , and woke the next morning with the worst neck pain and head ache . Never used again, wasted money .Regretted buying , should have been smarter and asked my doctor for a recommendation . Can't return because of hygiene clause when purchased. Will never recommend , too expensive did not worked as advertised .

The only pillow I will ever use

I've been using the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow for 20 years since I developed the shoulder impingement issue. The pillow supports my head, neck, and shoulders so well that even when I travel for 1 night, I bring the pillow. I will not sleep without it!

The pillow is really hard to break in. Very very uncomfortable to sleep with and it's actually hurting my neck and back. I keep trying it night after night, but it's been a few weeks and no improvement.
