[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All around great product. Sleeping is wonderful adn comfortably cool. the relief on pressure points is outstanding. The only drawback we have noticed is that the bed is slippery even with mattress protector and sheets. When we try to sit on the edge of the bed (to put on shoes, etc.) it is quite hard to stay on it. The edge is soft and the material is super slick, like Teflon. That is the only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating.

I stumped upon an add for the neck pillow and decided to give it a try after years of waking up with a sore neck. Let's face it, a you can't put a price in a good nights sleep. Let me tell you!! What a difference this pillow has made in my life. My neck pain is gone. It has just the right combination of firmness for support and softness for comfort. I also love that it has a removable cover that can be washed. I just wish it had a cooling feature since I am also a hot sleeper. But overall I love my new pillow. Thank you tempurpedic!!

I didn't like the smell as I do not use any chemical cleaners & the pillow definitely had strong chemical smells. I left to air it & also sprayed with non toxic essential oil sprays. I would like non toxic material/fabric.

After that became well used, I have been replacing with other brands pillows many times but they never became my favorite than my first original pillow... The optimal pillow height for these positions is different, and the Tempur-pedic pillow provides them on opposite sides. This is my second pillow of this type, and the first one lasted 25 years!

I purchased the neck pillow as I'm mostly a side sleeper and needed more support than my 14 year old original tempurpedic pillow (I know it was time). I'm so glad I did! This pillow is just what I needed! I purchased 2 medium sized neck pillows for my daughter and I and also bought 2 Cloud Pillows to have when I sleep on my stomach. So happy with my pillows!
