Not like they used to be

My previous Temour Pedic pillow was never as hard as the new one. Also the contours ace more pronounced in the new one which makes it less desirable for me. As a result, the new pillow as been resigned to the shelf, and considered a wasted expense. I'll continue to use my old Tempur Pedic despite the fact that it's on its last legs. Too bad they changed the design of the original.

Not as good as previous ones. So disappointing.

We have used this exact Tempur-pedic neck pillow for at least twenty years. About every two years we would replace them. It was a life saver for my neck problems. Both my husband's and mine are an extreme disappointment as they are hard as a rock. My husband went so far as to sit on it for a 2 hour car trip and he says it's better but nothing like the ones we are used to. There is no "memory" in this pillow. It doesn't give. It's just hard. Such a disappointment.

Pillow very hard!

I have been using the pillow because it was expensive. It is way too hard for my liking and probably won't be using for much longer.

Not the same as ten years ago

I bought a few of these around 2007 and they have been my favorite pillows of all time. Your head sinks in and is perfectly supported. This new one is nothing at all like the old ones. It is way too firm - your head doesn't sink in at all. I got really bad neck pain after one night with this. It feels really not all like the classic Tempur material and more like a generic off-brand firm memory foam. I'm extremely disappointed, but very thankful the original three pillows are just as good as the day I bought them!

The only pillow my wife will use.

I first bought this pillow for my wife more than 20 years ago. She loved it so much that she would take it with her when she traveled. She gave one to her mother. When it finally wore out, she pleaded with me to get her another one. Easiest decision I've made in a long time...Happy wife = happy life!

Neck and shoulder pain gone

The tempur-neck pillow has relieved my neck and shoulder blade pain issues. I also use a cpap machine and the neck pillow allows to sleep more comfortably while using a mask

Small Neck Pillow

The neck pillows is very firm. I have been using it with my down pillow over it and it is perfect. I have stenosis in my neck, so the neck pillow is important to help prevent pain in my left arm. Thank you!

I have always used this pillow for a long time. But this is the first time I ordered it online. The measurement information made me think that a medium is what I needed. But after I got it, I realized that it was a small that I always bought. So I'm hoping it will soften up and fit me a little better. It's a little too high for my neck. But it's better than what I was using. I love this pillow so I may just need to buy another one in small. The support for your neck is great.
