[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I bought a couple of these pillows many years ago and it was time for some new ones. I was extremely excited to know that we could buy one and get one free where I found them online. We ordered a total of 4 of these and just love them. They are just the right size pillows and excellent for side sleepers. If you are looking for a BIG pillow, this is not the one; however, (in our opinion) they are the most comfortable pillow!

Perfection

When necessary, I can make it through the night on most pillows. But the first night I put my head on my TEMPUR-Neck pillow I knew there was no more "make it through". When my head hits the pillow there's no adjusting, squeezing, or moving. It's as though it was custom made. Perfection! Mine is a large, wife's is medium. On the couple times we've switched we're like Goldilocks, trying to figure out why it's not "just right". Switch! Ahhhhhhhh.

Literally terrible

If you want to sleep on a cheap piece of rock please but this off me. I got two for the price of one and I understand why now. I have had my other temper-pedicure pillow for like 10 years and I loved it but I lost it traveling... so I bought a new one the same one but this isn't isnt even memory foam it's like a brick. I'm disappointed... well guess I have to find a better brand :/

Too Small and Awkwardly Shaped

I followed the size guide and bought the small, and I'm very petite so I figured that it would be the best option , but the highest part of the pillow was only like 3 inches and the rest is super flat so my head is tilted back at an uncomfortable angle. This would probably be better for back sleepers but I read it was good for side sleepers. However my shoulders are still scrunched up because the pillow is too low and the neck bump is awkwardly shaped and doesn't fit comfortably. I can't believe this costs so much. I hope I can return it.

The pillow is absolutely uncomfortable. I received two pillows, only opened one yet Tempurpedic refused to take back the unopened one. Take my advice and not waste your money, shop somewhere else

High hopes, but reality is a pain in the neck

Ready to move this pillow to the closet. I've used the pillow for several weeks, making every effort to find a comfortable position for my neck and head. I really wanted to like this pillow, but it just isn't working for me.

Best pillow in the world

I first received 2 large TempurPedic neck pillows from my mother who didn't like them. I was yeah 2 free pillows. I love them! My motto is "have pillow will travel." My pillow have traveled the world together. Even if I'm just going up the road to spend the weekend with my best friend and her family, my pillow comes with me. It's was in my carry on bag. One of my pillows was used for 10 years before it lost its ability to go back to it's original shape. I have moved on to using the other one. I should just buy a few more to get me through the rest of my life. I told my mother if I should go before her, that I want to be buried in my flannel PJ's and my head on my pillow. That's how much I love these pillow. They are the best in this world. They are the only pillows for me.

Poor sleep and horrible back pain

If I could give this pillow a zero I would. I used this pillow for night and woke up with HORRIBLE upper neck and back pain that lasted over a week! This pillow is meant to help with alignment and did completely the opposite. I called customer service and they said that they would not be able to do anything about, no refunds or returns. I am extremely disappointed and will never order from the company again nor recommend the company to anyone. The sad part is, this is the most I have ever spent on ONE pillow and it did the opposite of what it claims to do. Please do not purchase this pillow if your are in the midst of deciding to purchase one.
