[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a replacement neck pillow and was incredibly disappointed to find the size of the pillow has decreased by -25%. As a tempurpedic customer for over ten years who has bought many tempurpedic pillows of other types and sizes, and a tempurpedic queen size bed, I was extremely disappointed and felt ripped off. I was even more disappointed at the return policy which did not accept unopened returns. I will seriously consider alternative options in the future.

He got BOGO On the wrong size (medium) and a quick online chat with Tempur-Pedic customer service allowed us to exchange the sealed unused one for the right size. So now we are both enjoying our improved sleep!
