[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have problems with my cervical spine and have used this product for about a month. The curve of this pillow holds my head in a certain position which is comfortable and in a way that when I open my eyes I saw the ceiling of my room. This is the right position for my neck. I can also change to side sleeping. When I wake up in the morning, the pillow is still holding me properly.

I immediately realized, uh, need a new pillow. I was so grateful my local Bed Bath & Beyond had them. I KNOW I'm going to sleep like champ. Before this pillow and now, since I'm not sleep yet; I would have problems staying asleep and/or waking up with a stiff neck and just NOT happy. This helps align me, especially since I'm predominantly a side sleeper.
