[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very firm, but I felt it was uncomfortably so. I think if it was thicker, and if it had a layer of cotton to soften it on top, I think it would be great. I have a extra soft tempur-pedic bed, and love it. I wish they did the same with this pillow by putting a softener on top.

Same comfy sleep I have had before. It does sleep a bit warm, but using a second pillow case takes care of that for me. Getting buy one/get onw was a plus!
