[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new pillow is so dense and firm that when I roll over from my back to my side in my sleep too much pressure is on my ear and it starts to hurt. But on the plus side my neck and shoulders no longer hurt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Horrible. Over the years I have repeatedly ordered the exact same neck pillow. I ordered the last one with an agent at Tempur-Pedic online and the one I was sent was NOT the same foam as in all the others. It was hard as a rock and I threw the pillow away! In the future I will only buy that pillow at a store where I can TEST the foam before I buy it!

I bought the tempur-neck pillow after sustaining a neck injury; however, it only augments my pain. The medium neck pillow is very small in a standard size pillow case. I also have two tempurpedic original pillows that are approximately 10 years old. The older pillows are much better quality than the new pillow I bought. Buying the neck pillow was a waste of money as I am unable to sleep using it.

I'm not kidding, the pillow is so short that when you roll your body over in the night, your head falls off the pillow. I'm used to much longer pillows that allow a person to roll back and forth during the night. And since Tempur-Pedic has a no-return policy, I now own a completely useless pillow. I will never again try and use a pillow from Tempur-Pedic.

When I sleep with it, I must use a knee pillow to even out, or else it causes more neck pain. But at this point I'm not sure if this pillow is actually improving anything.

A friend recommended this pillow to me that was shaped exactly like what I was trying to get my soft pillows to be! My only concern in the beginning was that it looked too firm and might feel too hard for the back of my head. After using this pillow for several months now, I'm one satisfied customer! The contour of the pillow fits the back of my neck comfortably. And while firmer than other pillows I've used in the past, the material of the pillow molds around your head so it is the perfect balance of comfort and support that I need to get a good night's sleep without getting neck pain when I wake up.
