I have had three tempur neck pillows, size small, over the years. I often have neck pain due to fibromyalgia and have tried other pillows. This one is the only one that feels good and gives me relief.

Like the pillow, but had to order two of same size for the special, and it works for my husband, but not me. I also later found out I cannot return. So pretty expensive lesson on reading return policies!

This is my second pillow, they last a long time. Great for anything that ales neck and shoulders. Been looking for a couple of years for a good pillow. I remembered how well it works for in the past. My neck is so much better. It is worth every penny it cost. Please try these pillows I promise your neck will be so happy!

This pillow is so thin it absolutely does not support my neck at all!! I sleep on this pillow and have to also use the travel pillow to create a lumbar type support for my neck! I would not recommend this pillow to anyone experiencing neck issues.

Not what it used to be. Redesigned neck pillow lacks support

I have been a fan of the Tempur-Neck Pillow for over a decade. I am 6' tall with broad shoulders and am a side sleeper. For a decade, every few years I would buy a new QUEEN size LARGE Tempur-Neck Pillow (after 3-4 years, they get too soft and I needed a new one). This time when I went to order I see they redesigned it. First, they got rid of the QUEEN size. The QUEEN size from before was about the length of a normal pillow. Still too small for my king size bed, but better than the STANDARD size which should really be called CHILD. This new pillow is so small that when I roll over, I roll right off the pillow. Secondly and more importantly, the new formula is much softer and has far less support than even my 4 year old one. I called customer care and was told they redesigned it and that lots of people are complaining. I implore Tempurpedic to bring back the Original Tempur-Neck Pillow. Take a look at all of your bad reviews on this pillow. I'm not the only one asking. Rebrand this new neck pillow to a new name. It is nothing like the old one. Bring back the QUEEN size - this pillow is too small. This LARGE pillow is supposed to be for people with broad shoulders, but because it is so soft, my head seeps into it and I wake up with a neck ache.

Kept waking up with migraine headaches, so bought this

I've had the pillow for one week. The good news is that I have stopped waking up with a headache. The bad news is that this pillow isn't comfortable at all. I keep telling myself, when I wake up in the middle of the night due to being uncomfortable, that it's worth it because I won't have a migraine in the morning. In summary: I'm glad I don't have a migraine when I wake up, but I'm not getting a comfortable night's sleep. I seem to have exchanged one problem (morning migraines) for another problem (unpleasant sleep). Oh well. If I have to choose which problem to keep, it's the uncomfortable sleep (because migraines are the worst!!).
