[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is too thin. It's almost like not having a pillow. Buy the large NOT the small. I called customer service to exchange it for a large but unfortunately they don't even consider the exchange even though I didn't even open the plastic wrap. NO MORE Tempur- pedic products for me.

I had ordered on Sunday, called first thing Monday morning to change to medium. Customer Service (not available on Sunday) said I had to call within 2 hours of ordering (even though they weren't there???). The pillow is too large for me, not returnable. It is hard and having difficulty adjusting to it.

Order a size smaller if you're on the fence. I'm a side sleeper and was deciding between a small and medium- definitely should have gone with the small, because the pillow is taller and firmer than you might expect. Also cannot return or exchange.
