[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the TempurPedic product I've purchased that has been an absolute dud. This pillow was so hard that after I laid on it for a while, my head and neck went numb. My partner and I both had the same problem with this pillow. It has no give to it, does not mold to your body, and is very dense and heavy. I confirmed I have the right size based on the measurements TempurPedic provided on their website. Incredibly disappointed that I'm now stuck with pillows that are unusable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couldn't get used to the bumps in the pillow that's supposed to contour to the neck. I've found much better luck with a pillow from another company. The one where it's more of a slope that contours to the neck than the Tempurpedic one with stiff bumps on each side. Not comfortable. And yes I ordered the suggested size per measurements.

Rock Hard- not like previous Tempur neck pillows

I have Tempur neck pillows previously and loved them. So after about 8 years with my last one, I decided to get a new one. This one is so hard it creates neck pain- I've tried to break it in by using it but it is simply too hard and does not give. It is unusable, and to literally add insult to injury, Tempurpedic will not allow returns on pillows. If you have used older Tempur neck pillows, please be aware that this is MUCH harder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pillow to replace a Tempurpedic size small pillow that I had used for years. When the old pillow needed replacing, I ordered the same size and brand, but it is a lot thicker than the old one. Had I known that the new pillow would be uncomfortably thick for my small neck, I would have looked into other brands (or looked into an extra small option). The quality of the pillow is excellent, but I am not able to sleep very comfortably with it.
