Recieved a pillow as flat and unsupportive as a pancake. Not supportive. Used their sizing guide provided. Not the proportions shown in the photo. They won't let me return it despite not opening the plastic and never using it. They just lost a loyal customer.

I like the firmness...it's shorter and smaller than my old one which was 24" other than that it's a great pillow. Why make it smaller...it was perfect at 24" long.

I wanted a king size Tempur-pedic pillow for my king-size bed. I ordered the largest they have, and it is barely queen-size. My king size pillow case wraps halfway around the back. I also wish the pillow was thicker for more neck support.

I've tried different memory foam contoured pillows before and this is by far the best one! It didn't smell when it was taken out of the box like many others so I wasn't worried about breathing in any toxins. Unlike many other memory foam products which are made in China which is a worry this pillow is made in the US. Trust the sizing guide, I thought it seemed a little low when I first got it but I quickly realized it is the perfect size. I have slept like a baby ever since I got the pillow, even if I had overworked muscles. Would recommend for anyone and everyone. (Only thing that bothers me a little but not really that much is that it is quite a bit shorter than regular pillows width-wise so it can't fill up my pillow case but I could live with that!)

I've been using this pillow for 14 years and it's so amazing! I have always issues with my neck and headaches and this pillow relieves pressure and aligns your neck perfectly so that you don't wake up sore the next day! You will not have any regrets on purchasing this pillow!!!!

The pillows were advertised as large. They are not big at all. they come short of filling a full size pillow case. As a large I was expecting that they would be hard to get into a queen size pillow case. For the money they cost they are a really bad deal.

Having used the small neck pillow for many, many years, I no longer have stiff necks! It was so effective for me that my husband has begun using it too and is delighted with how much better he sleeps! We love everything about it!! Our only wish would be to make the small in a shorter version for travel. We have taken an old small neck pillow and cut it in two so we are able to take with us traveling. It works just great! We are a Tempur-pedic family as we also use their mattress and love it too!!!! Exceptional quality and comfort. A truly fantastic product.
